Chevy Chase Bank is the largest bank headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and it boasts the convenience of over 150 local branches. SET assisted a division of the commercial lending team by creating an Excel database of various loan options and applying that information intelligently to a document generator. In addition to capturing information that wasn’t previously catalogued, the Excel-Word wizard improved the accuracy of these forms while saving their staff time.
