NTT America is the US subsidiary of NTT Communications, the largest telecommunications company in the world.  Since 2003, SET has been proud to support NTTA by providing documentation, design, training, and development assistance.

Some of SET’s work with NTTA includes:

• Documentation Template (Word) – The user guides for many of NTTA’s software-as-a-service offerings utilize this template, which automates much of the documents’ production and all of its design
• Test Case Template (Word) – A more usable and automated test case template has helped NTTA with the process of testing new product offerings
• Outlook and Hosted Microsoft Exchange Training – SET has provided on-site and remote training for both NTTA’s internal departments and for their clients
• License and Product Reporting Tool (Excel) – This tool imports NTTA’s licensing data in order to provide reporting and trend analysis for a particular NTTA product
